Rhetorical question, does every sales team need an in-house therapist?

They say mental health is mental wealth, but I've always been told that wealth comes from hitting quota and in order to do that I need to not sleep, abuse caffeine, and forget that cold-calling prospects makes me want to cry sometimes.

Real talk - done therapy, highly recommend, game changer for me in my approaches to issues at work and at home.

There are so many tools we're not taught or taught improperly that become ingrained in our day to day would absolutely suggest at least reading up on some CBT lit.
