I'm guessing Kamara was your first pic but he's not going to perform nearly as well as he did last year, especially if you're in a PPR league. Winston can't throw a football and probably won't be as good as dumping it off to Kamara as Brees was. On the other hand they might give him more touches to run the ball but I just don't see him putting up what he did last year.

Then I succumbed and joined an all girls league, which my friend had started bc all of us were in male dominated industries and this was a way for us to join conversations. Soon I was the one addicted and spending all my time researching or watching games 😬

Nice! That sounds fun. If you don’t want to spend too much time on it I would try and join the beginning of your draft and just pick whatever the app says in the best WR best RB at the time of your pick. Maybe two that for at least 2 RBs and 2 WRs. Then just auto draft and have fun! Or if you’re looking to get a bit deeper, pull up a tier tier sheet from fantasy pros .com and it’s pretty intuitive. I’ve seen plenty of people hit the top 5 with just the computer drafting for them or “auto draft.”

Tom Brady. OJ Simpson is in a league where TB12 was taken second overall (after Mahomes), I'll assume that idiot was you and you simply didn't want to get murdered by OJ.
Alvin Kamara. Is not a good running back. However, in PPR or .5 should be your best player. Look for a season-ending IR injury by halftime of week one.
Austin Ekeler is being drafted way too high everywhere. I'm assuming he fell to you in round 2 judging solely by your lack of talent at WR and TE.
Laviska Shenault is likely the third WR on the depth chart behind Chark and Jones. Even worse, he plays for Jacksonville.
Antonio Brown played one good game in NE before being accused of rape. Buy a whistle?
Mike Gesicki. Looks like the "& Son" of a local plumbing business.
Melvin Gordon. I picked him up on waivers last year. I should have left him there.
Steelers D. You drafted them too high didn't you.
Ben McManus. Best selection. Offers so many better fantasy names.

Wow! For the size of this comment I’m shocked about how wrong you are in most of it bro. First, not a yahoo league… Next, the bucs have a super easy schedule and Brady is going to crush. Got him very late in the draft for less than $5. Got the Steelers D for $1 as my last pick. You’re right about my lack of WR talent but my TE’s are solid. As for the name… it’s not my favorite, but the names you suggested wouldn’t have made any sense as the team names are set long before the draft.

Great PPR running backs! Not great recievers. I like shenault as a flex with high end WR 2 potential in PPR - I think he'll get the ball a ton and have jarvis on the dolphins like numbers.

Overall, I would say that you probably should have allocated more of a budget for your RBs and Flex options.

After the draft I usually spend 30min-1 hour per week maintaining the team and upside potential winnings if I get into the too three is worth it no matter how you look at it. Fun fact about the panthers, I grew up around the Mcaffery’s and played against Christian a couple years.
