Running a deal cycle over the holiday!

Alright, having a fun convo with my manager and wanna open it to the floor. Who thinks it's cool to run a deal cycle over T-Gives and use Black Friday as a working day.

Anyone think this is bananas and should be frowned upon, or are we charging towards victory at all costs?

It's a no from me - time off is sacred.

Willing to make an exception if they're willing to sign the contract on a holiday, otherwise they can wait.

I will respond to clients on Friday if urgent. I willย not update a manager on pipeline on Friday. Itโ€™s a day off but if paperwork is getting signed, letโ€™s go.ย

No. Most companies close. Don't ruin sacred time for your buyers.

have worked on pto or holiday breaks. limit my time investment. literally depends on the context of the deal...whether it's worth it.

I am available via phone/email for anyone that I am in process with (especially if we are driving towards close), but nothing outbound from me on those days.ย

During a trial I like to...
53% I'm the captain of this deal, I call the shots!
25% I'll step aside and let the brains do the tough stuff.
21% We don't do trials...our shit sells itself!
1% I'm different...(explain in comments)
