Running out of good prospects?

So I am stuck at a point where I have the same 100 contacts and I have to make 60 calls a day. I keep trying to get new target accounts listed to me but higher ups keep changing the ICP on me and even disqualifying what was a good ICP before. How do you handle this?

Try calling other people from those same companies to try and get an answer and maybe they can help you get in contact with someone better or can give you advice and information that you can use. Also, if you company allows you to try and source some new prospects, reach outside your comfort zone.

I would 100% rather organically source, to make more sense of the situation I'm an outsourced sales rep and were not allowed to organically source with the company that is using me right now

Don't worry, incompetent management is a rather frequent thing. When you get competent leadership and they give a fuck about you, start working on that good karma again because you just used it all.

Same 100 contacts or 100 accounts? If I were in this situation and I was stuck with the same 100 contacts, I would probably start to focus on some super hyper-personalized one off emails to start. If we are talking 100 accounts, I would enrich those accounts further to try to get some more contacts within those accounts to work. It seems like the company is having trouble figuring out their ICP which is interesting. If my previous suggestions don't work, I would set up some time to chat with your manager to ask about the changing ICP to find out what direction the company is looking to go in and ask if you can do some research on your own to find companies to go after that are within those new ICPs.

So ever company usually only has 1-2 contacts anyways that we are supposed to target. I am not personally allowed to contact any non decision makers. We have identified an ICP that fits but now there is certain criteria that each one has to meet whether they control over 20 employees. Which my starting list every company was under 1k employees

Are there ways to fudge it? For instance, it's not always possible to know whether somebody manages 20 employees. Give them a call to find out!

How many times will you call a prospect after they don't answer the first time? At what frequency? I typically don't make a lot of repeat calls, just call with volume consistently and try to catch folks at the right time...
