Closing is definitely essential ; is that it alone or helping buyer navigate to next step is better?
While summary close has been effective for industry worked so far for me , I still have tested couple of hard and soft close strategies too
Yet, navigating the buyer to put in a prompt yes for the next step could be a great game too
Has anybody had such experiences where you helped buyer navigate just like you helped them solve his/her burning problem with your product/service (while pitching)?
