As much as I hate book threads, this is a new take. I love leadership books - I actually read one a few months ago that I’m blanking on the name of but it was about how to build a good dynamic with the team members. I’ll try to find it and I’ll come back here.

Predictable Revenue by Aaron Ross has been indispensable in helping us build out an SDR team. I haven't yet read Impossible to Inevitable, though now it is in my Audible. Thanks!
It’s my Bible. Read it so you can mark it up. I’ve used it at two start ups and it’s amazing.

Required reading for all SaaS employees at early-stage start-ups: Radical Candor.
Read Jacco van der Kooij’s series of 6 books on SaaS sales & other areas. It incorporates all ace existing schools of thought (like Predictable Revenue etc.) & is super actionable.
Check out SaaStr - similar to predictable revenue and you are in the sweet spot for a ton of their content. I personally like there blog but there is a ton of other stuff in there too.
