This deal was a textbook deal and highlight of my career thus far. It isnt the biggest ive closed, but the process from disco to demo to rigorous POC, and then negotiations was executed well by me. I built a good rapport with the VP of IT and still made sure to give quick calls to the technical team and thank them for their diligence & engagement during the grueling POC process. In the end the VP mentioned to me candidly he asked someone from his tech team what they thought of us as he really did respect their input and they gave him two thumbs up. Remember to build rapport and show love to everyone during the deal cycle not just the DM.
