This opportunity was interesting as a current customer of ours that is much larger than I would normally work with sold off a small company of theirs to another big company. The ACV that was divested from the current customer from their bill due to reduction in license count was around $3k~, with our minimum we charged the new company $6,700. I worked directly with the two managers at the new company as our champion at the old company basically sold them on our product. Total deal cycle was about 2.5 weeks from a quick chat to order form completion, no demo or POC needed. This is basically a POC for the larger parent company who is now evaluating our solution, that deal with go to the enterprise team, but its great SMB (myself) got a taste of same of that ACV.
