This deal took a couple weeks (bless SMB deal cycles). Ran a discovery and we were the best solution for the team but our minimum engagement compared to the user count made it expensive for them. I told em get back to me pretty much when they can commit the money as I understand they are some cheaper options out there. After a couple weeks of radio silence they asked me if they could not only get the base product but also an additional add-on feature at a discounted price-with EOQ coming up I was able to work something out, get it approved, and instead of just a minimum sized contract deal it was a little bit over and closed quick.
