Had a friendly land in a DM spot 3 weeks before a renewal with our biggest competitor. They were able to get us to the rest of the team so show the advantage of leveraging our platform and they saw the immediate value.
Actual sales cycle was only around 2.5weeks, landed a multi year deal while ripping out the competition.
Great reminder of creating meaningful relationships...the folks we sell to today will eventually move onward/upward.
