Very competitive, but short (3 months) process. New leader came in from a past client company, put her foot down and said we need to invest in this tool here as well. Team as currently using a competitor, was able to build a great coach/champion with someone in IT who carried some weight and they coached me on all of the areas we needed to focus on to win the business.
Ran through a business value exercise showing potential ROI, the rest was a wrap from there.
Leading to potential partnership op with the org as well (on top of the current client status).
