Very long process for the deal size. They had been in a multi-month POC with our biggest competitor, we got in via cold call and they basically told us we had a minimal chance. Saw my opportunity, ran with it and got to the finish line within 3 months, only having to POC for 2-weeks. Was supposed to land at 80K competitor came in at 40K, we matched for shits and gigs, won the deal.
