Sold internal infrastructure platform to a real estate group in FL (24 W2s, 50-60 1099 agents). My SDR was clutch- she had the CEO, Director of Ops, and Compliance Mger all on my first call. The group has grown so quickly recently that they got in over their heads before they had much structure in place, and were so excited to introduce new technology to help with their quick scaling (not to mention more business and cashflow than they know what to do with right now). The CEO gave me the "yes" on our first call, and we closed the deal 2 weeks later.
