How would you go about structuring a comp plan for SDRs and AEs in a B2B SaaS company where ACV is ~$1,200 / ARPU ~$100?

I built the sales and rev function of a startup with identical metrics. We paid the rep $100/deal on closing, $100/deal if they were retained for 90 days. Total was $200/deal, which fit nicely in our CAC margins.
