Iโ€™m in SaaS and we are pretty much back to normal. We have some weird weeks at a time where things seem to slow down but we actually sold more accounts last year than the previous year!

Never really had an impact, I sell SaaS that enables WFH situations. If anything, business improved.

Insurance to businesses...it's not completely back to normal. Canada is very locked down still, so a lot of prospects are dealing with issues associated with that, and hesitant to make any more changes to their business. Some people think the world is about to end, are scared shitless and use COVID as an excuse to not do anything.

If you join a SaaS company and thrive at the beginning due to inbound leads and good SDR and then sales start going down due to a change of SDR and less inbounds, does that mean youโ€™re not a competent sales person or does it mean itโ€™s time to move on to another company?
