Sales director asked me (a N.A. AE) to share with EMEA reps a go-to-market plan on a specific promotion we have - any advice?

I work in cybersecurity SaaS & my director asked me to present a G2M plan for this specific promotion we're running in Q4. 

Can anyone share a template or advice on how to create that G2M plan? 

The goal is to share what I've been doing so they can replicate the success I've been having. 

I'm taking it seriously because I want to move into leadership and I don't want to fuck up on this assignment.

first, congrats! thats cool that you got asked to do this, it probably does mean something.

But dont over think this. if the ask is to share what you are doing so they can replicate your success, then do that.

If it was me on the EMEA team I would want to see a few things:

1. what is the promotion
2. how are we pitching it
3. How do I know it will work.

I tink a few slides should do the trick. LESS is more in these situations. The thing leadership will be more impressed with is execution vs this presentation.

So after you share what has been working for you and the tips you have, see if you can be available to help anyone that needs it.

All sensible advice.
My additional 2c…...clearly articulate rationale for the promotion, how success will be measured and what success looks like, what level of buy-in / input / alignment is required from diff teams & stakeholders to ensure success, what potential challenges may be faced (and how those have been overcome in your territory) and whether any regional differences need to be accommodated (pricing / regulatory / competitor activity etc)….

Just ensure that both the markets react and operate differently!
So while you’re sharing your examples and experience, also focus on how things can be done a little differently in EMEA - maybe a lingual barrier is there. Maybe you can talk about how emails and social selling may be better there, focusing on using creative strategies! Etc. all the best :)

What’s the best companies to reach out to for SDR / BDR roles for a career changer looking for solid base comp and decent OTE (financial advisor made 120k last year 3 years hit quota every year cold calling running the sales process so I think I have relevant AE skills but I get taking a step down since I have no SAAS sales skills. (However I have 1.5 years of IT recruiting experience where I also crushed quota and learned a bit about IT broadly) Thanks
