Sales Enablement / RevOps cost analysis help?

Sup everyone.

Working on a project for a client and I am in need of a basic comp package for what a mid-level (8-10 years of sales experience but first timer in Enablement / RevOps) would look like?

Company size: call it 80

Funding: Series A

Goals: Hiring frenzy.

This is a person that is in serious need, but we have to figure out the budget.

Any of you fantastic people in this world? What can or should I expect?

My high level thought is:

Base: $85

Quarter Bonus: $5k / quarter if team hits

Month bonus: $1k / month if team hits.

$117k OTE

Thoughts here?

I personally am not taking a base + commission role for a non sales role. Especiallly since you want me to do SE and Revops. Thats 2 roles. Wouldnt matter if I have no SE experience. You are paying for an outcome not for my experience.
120k to 140k salary with some kind of spiff on top

Interesting, I like this thought @SalesSpectre - do you happen to have one of these roles at your company?

Our roles are split up. I work at a larger org. So we have a revops team and a sales enablement team.

I know the sales enablement roles pay around 120k+
