I'll have to give Ambition a look! We usually play games or have fun competitions via Zoom or whatever videoconference software available. Maybe I should look into giving better prizes than "bragging rights".

Ambition is great for benchmarking SDR teams' KPIs and providing some competition in terms of staying at the top of the leaderboard. Also good to see where you're tracking performance wise compared to your team. 

It's also good for running spiffs and competitions so reps can see how they're tracking, although I'd say the real value comes if you can get manager & rep buy-in to really drive adoption and get creative. 

There's opportunity to get quite creative and build fun gamified competitions provided the managers are able to use the platform to its full capacity and not just to hold reps accountable to KPIs.

We replaced ambition with SalesCompete, it was just far easier to setup and get motivational things setup like challenges, spiffs, power hours, etc. Bc it all works inside slack natively. Pulls leaderboards for reps on demand too.

I think it would help them learn how to actually qualify a lead before they send one to you that wastes your time.

Shadowing the AEs calls will help the SDRs understand what goes into qualifying an opportunity, so they can then apply that to their own prospecting. It also allows them to start to internalize the next steps of a cycle which they will have to interview against to get an AE role.
