This isn't about what I'm looking for. This is a resource for the community, dawg.

Patrick Lencione: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.ย  ย First and foremost, its an easy read - framed as sort of a business fiction narrative.ย  ย Secondly, its just PACKED with gems you can use every single day in your leadership journey.ย  Its a book I read every year, and recommend my team also reads every year.ย

Jocko Wilink: Extreme Ownership.ย  Most would consider this book a bit "brotastic" but there really are a ton of interesting points on how you can use military strategy and tactics to navigate the corporate world.ย  I use concepts like "Cover and Move", "Prioritize and Execute" every single day.ย ย

Kim Scott: Radical Candor.ย  ย This book is heavy, so you'll likely have to read it a few times in your career to take it all in, but the concept is one I live by.ย  Having direct, positive but candid conversations with peers, bosses, employees is what makes successful business happen, when you don't - its a shit show.ย
