Blow it up
This 100% - I've started at places knowing almost nothing and done well by being open to learning, motivated and believing I would succeed. Sure it took a long-ass time, but I got there.

A good trait for jr sales is to never assume you know everything, that is unless someone is paying you to act that way in front of a client.

As Chep said, coachability is definitely a top trait.

However, another that I think we all need to be better about is possessing genuine curiosity. Asking questions because you have to comes across as obvious to your prospect, but when you ask a question because you WANT to know the answer...now that's when you get into a good conversation.

Blow it up
I agree with this too, and I think it is part of believing in what you are selling. If you are a true believer, then research and learning about your industry, competition, products and clients feels less like work and more like a hobby.

You then carry that attitude into meetings. Real excitement, interest and positivity help relax the prospect and get them on your side.

Understanding people. As a sales leader you have to be focused on the people who report to you, not just the sales numbers and your customers.

You have to have the right mindset. First and foremost, but I will say that even if you are amazing in any one of these categories it can be ruined if you are terrible in any one as well.

Being humble.

I feel that if you are humble as a sales leader you are willing and able to be coached and make changes as the need arises.
