Well my boss (she just left to join Linkedin) is a mother and she was fine. The Rona actually helped her balance things and be with her children more often
I'm a sales mom and I make my husband watch the kids all day, but I come out of my office for lunch. Not really any advice, but I like to say things on calls like "ughhh I'm so sorry if you can hear my kids screaming in the background" and the prospects will sometimes relate.
