What are the things you wish your manager did/ taught you during your onboarding when starting a new sales role?
I feel like managers should learn from AEs/SDRs from what helps them most!

I wish I was able to listen to recordings of old SDRs for my company. It was very helpful running through mocks but it would also be helpful to listen to live recordings both good and bad to get the common scenarios

I wish they were with me one on one training me how to use our internal systems. I have had to figure it all out on my own.
