It doesn't matter. Get in where you can.

From what I have read here, seems like most people believe its best to start at a big company due to training and have a big name is resume-booster if you look for a new role.

After that, its pretty much what you prefer

Worry more about fit and product than size. Whatever feels right is best for you

From my experience smaller orgs have better growth opportunities and for me that’s important. What’s important for you ?

I have two answers. One is the parent company which is over 3k employees and then the subsidiary that I work for has around 70.

Depends entirely on the company and the amount of support they'll give you. Many early stage companies can't figure out how to train, so you'd need to be self-driven and have an idea of what to do, because you're not going to get direction.
Large companies can provide great structure and support, but how successful you'll be will often depend on what division/department you're in, and what part of the company's product mix you're selling. New people often get the most challenging territories.
Currently, a lot of truly large companies are on hiring freezes, so honestly, if you're getting interviews and the company and product excite you, not a bad idea to take the job. 2-3 years of experience means you aren't starting from scratch.

Depends on what your career goals/preferences are. I want to have my own company one day so I’m in the startup world, learning. But if you want to be in sales forever then I’d probably go with a bigger company. There’s less unnecessary chaos lol

the size of the team does NOT matter. what does matter is the quality of the leader you are working under.

if you are at Oracle but you boss is an ass hole then it sucks.

but you could be at a start up with a dope boss and life can be awesome.

of course its super hard to know which companies have th best bosses haha

Sales orgs can start from 1. Think startup CEO/Sales/Dev.

I prefer SMB's, less bureaucracy, room to scale, and more likely not to have caps on commission due to bloat.

The smaller they are, the more likely the are to suck.

My rule of thumb is if they’re too small to have a repvue score, I wouldn’t consider it at your level.
