We've all been interviewed or have run interviews ourselves - what are some great sales practical tests you've seen from both sides?
Assuming you're past the standard 'performance against quota in your last jobs' type questions, how would you screen for A++ players, or who has done a good job of this when you've been interviewed?
- AE: craft an intro pitch with <5 slides for the product / service you'd be selling?
- SDR: build a hybrid outreach campaign with email / phone / SMS touches?
- BD: design a partnership proposal for X company with our service?
