Right now the extra internal spreadsheets I have to manually fill out even though I've already submitted the info internally online for a state contract. Oh and I'm making like 2 bucks off the deal.

You sound like one of my sellers.. LOL. soo many spreadsheets and updates and soo many transactional deals that take a lot of time for little revenue..if only we had more ISR's for that right?
