@Sales Leaders - in your experience how effective is placing the sales dashboard in the sales room for all reps to see? % to goal being the key component to "moving up" etc

They know we're all ultra competitive, it's in their best interest to have it up.

Disagree. You know how you're doing with quota. We're all stressed out as it is. Also, as a classic last day of the month closer, those things never really captured what I was about to do.

Seems like people either love it or hate it. I find it motivating, but I also don't beat myself up if I'm having an off week as it happens to us all.

Sales dashboard is great to have, its pretty effective when it comes to motivation and seeing the leaderboard everyday.

I see both sides of it.

It's good because it drives everyone to be at the top BUT it can also encourage people to fake it to the top (calling their mom 10x or sending themselves fake emails).

Seemingly depends a lot on people's morals. 😂
