Sales Supplement Stack?

Wondering what supplement stack you guys are all taking to keep you going throughout the day? I find it can be tricky to maintain high levels of focus, energy, and clarity non-stop but you know how it is, we're in sales.

The boring answer you are going to get (and the most effective/healthy) is adequate sleep and coffee. Proper diet, effective work day "breaks"

I work out in the morning to get an endorphin rush early in the day, then absurd amounts of coffee, about a gallon of water, and clean food. 

Honestly not eating junk during the day helps the most, no blood sugar crashes.

Consistent sleep (same time to bed/wake every day) and quality food have changed my energy and mental state more than anything else. Especially during the pandemic. Can't speak to sups beyond what my wife (acupuncturist/herbalist) has me take--and I can't pronounce the Chinese herbs, but I can tell you that they help me get to sleep, stay asleep, and wake up refreshed.

And lots of water. I try to drink a gallon a day. It helps me stay more focused with all the caffeine I am drinking too.
