I once secured a verbal agreement via text on NYE... during a pandemic... ๐ค after negotiating (via text) with a prospective client in a totally different continent ๐ they signed @ 11:52PM EDT... 8:52AM their time ๐ถ๐ถ
This has led to a lot more texting messaging, especially later in the sales cycle - seems to speed things up, ellicit responses from ghosts, and generally leads to quicker replies/action relative to those pesky "wanted to follow up..." e-mails.
Aside from picking up the phone, how do you manage to get your prospects attention + shorten the cycle when they're being unresponsive?
