Hey all! I'm consulting a company to relook at their sales process & tooling.
They have close to 30 SDRs + AEs.Use the below tools:
- Outreach for sequences
- Apollo for contact enrichment, and database management
- Orum - for parallel dialer
- Warmly for website visitor tracking
- Demandbase to consolidate intent data across platforms.
- Sales Navigator for account mapping
- Hubspot for CRM
- Dripify for LinkedIn automation
- Avoma - for call recording
Is this the norm for a revenue team to use so many tools? Isn't there any consolidated tool?
I understand that Hubspot launched a sales hub but looks like not a lot of people buy it as their sequencing is not on par with outreach.
Similarly Outreach does have Kaia, why would someone use gong/avoma/fathom when they can just add Kaia add-on for their sequencing tool? Looks like I'm missing something here.
What would you do differently from the tooling perspective? Appreciate your ideas and suggestions.
