What are Sales Tools you can't live without??

We all know that there are tools that just slow us down but what are some of the ones you can't get through the day without?

eg. SFDC, Salesloft, trello, highspot, templafy, sales nav, zoominfo, octopus etc.

What do you love, and what is just a pain in the ass?

Haha thanks. I'll counter with an Oprah moment: You get an upvote, you get an upvote, everybody gets an up vote.

I really loved Hubspot's Sequences feature where you write a bunch of templates for your prospect in case they don't reply and it automatically sends it in the time of your specification.

ZoomInfo even though it's buggy at times, SF, and a good ole Excel spreadsheet.

I'd say Close. I just got a new job that uses Hubspot and I feel like it's just so much harder to navigate.
With Close, I love that I don't even have to have my Gmail open because I can find everything within Close. Plus it's so much easier to create list views and send/log texts. I miss Close :'(
