I've got to negotiate our Salesforce renewal, can anyone collaborate with me on pricing/tiers/tactics/advice?

cool, yeah if it's anything like ours we'll have auto renewal language built in, and it's not always the best for the vendor.  Doesn't give them a lot of upside.  So if it has something like that, then just tell them you'd rather just let the contract auto renew at the same rate or however it's structured.

You should of done this last month, you could of get more licenses for pennies on the dollar.

yeah, if you're planning to grow at all over the next year or so, ask if you can purchase those licenses now and keep license costs flat.  Gets them some uptick in ACV, and you'll keep your same rate.
