Salesforce with an Autodialer?

Anyone user Salesforce with ConnectandSell or Koncert?

Would love some insight into the list building that goes on between the two apps!

I have tried tools similar to that, I believe salesforce now has its own dialer and ZoomInfo is also coming out with their engage platform. I would recommend looking into Salesloft!!

Checked out Salesloft, I would say better than ZoomInfo.

Salesforce does have a dialer, but it is one after another.ย

I'm talking more about the Agent Assisted dialers, like 4 people dialing simultaneously and transferring the call once connected.

We use Dialpad which isn't great. I'd definitly recomend getting something else.

Salesloft will do a bait and switch on price if you use too many area codes. One vendor I looked at that intrigued me when I was in a position to evaluate such tools was Orum. I do not work nor did I buy it.

Has anyone used a product like connectandsell? Or Koncert?

Iโ€™ve used ConnectandSell. Itโ€™s good for transactional deals but itโ€™s super expensive. I think our company paid them probably close over a million dollars a year for the first couple years we were using it based on the connects alone (you pay for connects). I am in SAAS software sales in Mid Market and When my MDRs used it I got shit appointments. Wasnโ€™t my favorite because you canโ€™t readily have research pertaining to them handy before the call.

Do you think the appointments could have been crap bec the prospect wasnโ€™t fully qualified? Or bec rep wasnโ€™t prepared to take the call bec of connectandsell style?

I think itโ€™s a mix of both. Marketing would typically pull the lead lists and the mdr ย had no time to prepare for the call and what exact issue they might be facing. So it was basically โ€œwe offer this functionality do you want to take a meetingโ€ which is exactly like every other cold call they get.ย
