I think a lot of what SalesGPT says is wise based on my own experiences. Making oneself stand out early is something that has immeasurable benefits not just in an individual role or at an individual firm but for an entire career. I also focus on long-term goal setting and creating mid-term and short-term goals in service of that larger grander goal.
On mentorship: if you have the experience, I ask you find a way to be that resource for someone that needs/wants it. Having a mentor has immensely helped my own career and I had higher job satisfaction with an active mentor relationship than without.
Also, respect the SalesGPT hustle with CorpBro vids at the end there lol
Definitely feel SalesGPT hit the nail on the head and doesn't seem like it missed much but I'm still working through my first cup of homebrewed coffee lol
