For emails (relevant+concise), I do max up to 11 days (not counting the weekends). I target C-suite/VP/Directors from F100/500 although started working on F1000 last month

My lowest open rate is 47% (high 79%) and reply rate at 7% (high 36%) but I can book meetings up to 4/week (without a phone call). 1:4 going into demo after the first call and the others after the 2nd meeting.

I send emails from Tue-Thu between 8-8:30 (I'm tracking it). Although the odd times, I send emails on Mondays and Fridays.

I always think a no response after doing a multi-channel approach is clearly a "no" and would go through another cycle usually between 90-120 days.
