This was a deal 2 years in the making. They were on a limited version of our platform at a low rate with a yearly renewal option. We pushed on them the previous year for multiyear option for our full platform but procurement challenges prevent the deal from going through in time for their subscription expiration (thanks sales ops!). I had to spend 9 months with county procurement to convince them to move to the full platform but was able to negotiated them into a two year deal for $250k with a 2 year extension option. No ramen noodles for me tonight!
