We have a weird ghosting policy at my company. They take it personally when someone disappears but I know it’s just part of the game (and life in general). I am supposed to mark a ghost off my prospect list for reporting purposes. So I do. But I always have a list of ghosts handy for rainy days. Sometimes it’s just like friends or relationships…time changes everything.
