Apparently it's earlier up here because we're further north so our harvest is earlier.

I’ve had my stuff stolen, as well as 3 other coworkers. Different locations, different trips. Daylight, night time, doesn’t matter.

if you do, make sure it’s in a trunk not visible in a minivan or SUV.

cool city, just have to be careful of break ins.

Someone already said it but Pinkerton's is hands down the best in Houston. Some other notables are Gatlin's and Roegels.

Every 4 years Texas Monthly releases their top 50 bbq joints in Texas, and the next list is actually in this months release. I don't know the exact date it goes out, but if it is before you are there you might be able to find a few more treasures.

You'll find good mexican food on every corner but I have always had a good meal at one of the Totihuacan's around town.
