Anyone else ever worked for a "scared" CEO that's throwing crap at the wall and hoping it sticks to save their job? How did you handle it, or did you just bounce?

Worked with desperate ones you usually feel more heat but also you get more appreciation when you close big deals
Not really a "feeling the heat", its more they may not know what to do at all especially in a covid environment; so theres a bunch of "shit throwing at the wall and hoping it sticks"

Sounds like every heavy VC funded CEO on the planet. When it becomes less about making good products and more about unicorn ideas, I say bounce
