I don't use this tool, but I'm not hating my current SF experience at the moment either. With the exception of the SF admins of course. They can go to hell.

for me its more about how it helps me stay on top of deals, makes tasks useable, allows me to filter things so can i be proactive about adjusting activity based on pipeline and trends to fill gaps, manage touchponts, etc. not sfdc pain or hatred.
