I've got a screening call on Monday with Oracle and I'd like to set my self up for success. what can I expect on the call? How can I set myself apart during the rounds of interviews?
Update: I have to finish my WGU degree before starting.
**Former Oracle** If its with HR be able to speak to every bullet point on the description. If its not outside sales I think you are back in the office., you need to speak to the benefits of going to the office. However, your team might not be local. So be able to tailor the benefits accordingly. Do research on the role and how Oracle sits in the market, and show your research for the Why Oracle? question
What role are you interviewing for? Segment? Product? Can send more help once I know it

HR screening call is to make sure you're real and you don't put out any weird vibes. They will run through your resume and ask you some basic q's.

War Room Community Manager
Hey! Welcome to the War Room, this is Gasty, the Community Manager here.
Wanted to highlight a few points before I get to your post;
War Room is a Sales community platform with some of the best Sales people anyone has to offer. Their advice is pure gold.
We frequently post fun Fridayโs, leaderboards, whoโs hiring, and more.
This isnโt LinkedIn so you can go as detailed as you want. Just focus on providing value.
This is an anonymous platform, so youโll get the most by going anon. I see that now youโve taken care of that, kudos!
Lastly, have you checked out the commission store yet? If not, I highly recommend. Earning commission points is also very simple, just engage and post more. Upvotes get you points.
Now to come to your post;
If itโs only a first call with the HR then focus on your facts. The % achievements, roles, pay, etc. do not hesitate to answer anything. Read the JD nicely and prepare your pitch and conversation accordingly.
Best of luck!
Welcome again :)

HR Screening is the easiest part of the interview, as long as you are not a total idiot you'll do fine. Just say the usual, "Oh yeah, I love sales, I really care about making a difference, and commission.
