So for those that missed it, here are the screenshots from the “incident” yesterday, where a CTO publicly shamed and libeled a sales person for her “cold email tactics”. What followed was nothing short of beautiful.

Note: These are not mine, though I did post a couple comments. Someone DMed me as it was going down to share her support and we got to talking about it. When I realized I had been blocked out before the post eventually got taken down, I quickly asked her to take the screenshots.

There are a couple posts that weren’t expanded, so sorry for that. Essentially Sahil laid into the guy for being totally unprofessional and then called out him being a scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts, asking if this is the way he mentors them. Then everyone piled on. It was awesome. Enjoy!

Totally...scandalous to publicly hail yourself as a mentor and leader of cub/Boy Scouts and then put on a display like that. "Conflict Resolution 101" What's the very first step? Make a concerted effort to amicably resolve with the person with whom you disagree. Step two: Reach out to the direct superior of that person to express your concerns. And so on. It's not rocket science...
