It's a good practice for sure! I do it as well. I also download my victories, appointments or good calls and constantly monitor my growth. When ever I get praised by the customer or I manager I take a screenshot and keep it a porfolio, at the end of the year, when I ask for a raise I give them visibility of all my wins, which helps me justify why I should get the raise!

That's awesome! it will help you tons! Just keep updating it as you go better, and remeber don't just read it or memorize it, just use it to bullet point the main ways to overcome the objection!

It's a good practice in theory but as a BDR you really don't have that much to juggle where you can't spend 15-30 minutes in the morning to plan your entire day out. If anything I would use that time to find new leads.ย

Where I'm at we're not really supposed to do that. I've said it several times, but it's a nay

Not really, we get a load of leads from marketing. And what I do is, if I'm caught up to my calls the last hr is spent qualifying them and making sure the next day's leads are the best possible people to speak with. But that's what limited to right now

I guess, but what time is it applied to finding leads and qualifying themย  (research before outreach)

The SDRs on my team donโ€™t find their own leads. We give them lists. In my opinion thatโ€™s a waste of time and the company would be better off buying the leads and giving them to SDRs to reach out to.ย

Our SDRs donโ€™t waste any time trying to find their own leads.ย

Depends. We call into the entire country and that last hour is a really strong West Coast push for us. We don't always have the luxury of doing admin work on the side.ย

You might consider it as a very good practice to consider, to have in mind what you are going to start with and how you are going to finish the next day.

-Pre call plan -Keep analytics on the talk track you are using for two weeks โ€”how many qualified meetings were booked using that talk track out of the # of touches made? -Change your talk track as needed -Internalize feedback on the chin from your peers and leaders. Implement what you deem as a valuable nugget and make it your own (be a humble good thief) -illustrate inflection and enthusiasm in your voice -Pre call plan -Pre call plan -Remove the โ€œumsโ€ โ€œuhโ€ โ€œsoโ€ โ€œlikeโ€ โ€œkindaโ€ when speaking. -Immerse yourself in Toastmasters -When you make 200 dials/emails with no meetings booked (that will happen) keep that same energy in your interview when you were hired

Have 15 sequences running. All with different messaging. 1 person ought to be able to kickout 160-200 dials a day. 300-700 automated sequence emails. And Do. 40,-50 ABM LI messages, and find 10 new target accts to target. Set follow up calls as you go, and on top of sequenced calls, even for the next day. And book 2 mtgs/day. I do.
