That will vary pretty drastically from company to company. My current position is permanently remote and the majority of my onboarding was eLearning and self education. In previous roles, I’ve had multiple week in-person training.

Three weeks paid training with a group, then my immediate manager helped me with roleplays for the first month. As someone mentioned, my role was also fully remote, if that makes any difference.

5 day class 5 day shadowing 1 day per role from bdr, sdr, ae , manager, fulfillment. 60 day ramp up with a review booked on day 61. most of it was automated all the class materials for the first 3 days. all the set up log ins passwords etc was all done as an email walk through and all the tech inspections as well. once they said yes I was like in 12 hrs.

I've seen companies where you're calling on day 3, and companies where you're calling week 3. Your mileage will vary.
