Might need to clarify a little more. Is this a month/quarterly/yearly? Are these numbers of meetings set? Thousand in $$$ pipeline created?

For my org, it's simply setting a discovery call with the prospect and our AE that they attend.

My company separates inbound from outbound. 16 meetings pure outbound monthly but Iโ€™m under high pressure to hit my monthly goal, which is 32. I usually hit it but have been super burnt out this quarter. I couldnโ€™t do 35 without inbound and not burn out.

33 points per quarter for meetings: 1 point for a meeting that goes down, another 1 if it goes to demonstration. Mainly selling to cities/counties, which can make for tough sledding.

Most who have been around for over a year are hitting 70-100% quota. A few go over. And only one under a year is going to hit it.
