No, I work in Medellin CO, and do outreach to US based companies. So that doesn't really ''fit'' in the budget. But I can see where a budget for creative ways to do outreach can help.

I'm a graphic designer and I tell you that the mugs, the calendars, the paper weights that have your name or brand on it somewhere on it help so much get some sort of remembrance from the prospect or business partner. In my world, these type of things are what makes the prospect think of you next time they run into a situation and need creative help, so they have something physical to look at that can directly take him to your email, website, or phone number.

No, but we used to make about $100 for a meeting. So my buddy would offer prospects $50 Amazon gift cards. Worked like a charm.

I think a hybrid is alright, buuuuuut if you're solid by working from home you shouldn't HAVE to.

When you have your LinkedIn account set to "open to work" and recruiters reach out all the time do you take the mindset of "I need to sell myself for this role" OR "The recruiter needs to sell the role to myself?"
