SDRs in calibration calls.

Today I had my first calibration meeting in a while, it was great to see faces, or at least hear them through the teams meeting. What was great about it was being able to throw ideas around and actually hear others say exactly what you're thinking.


One key take away from today was how are we aligning to our prospects from the get go. Are we having a sales approach where our intention is to pitch or is our intention to help?


There were many more but I'm interested in seeing some other people that are active in these and what do you remember you took away form it.
