Searching for SDR/BDR role with no success

Hi there!

I'm new to the community as of today (woohoo!), I'm excited to learn more from the war room community. Not sure if this post is allowed or not but I've been job hunting for about 6 weeks now and have had no success in my applications for SDR/BDR opportunities.

I attached my resume in this post, wondering if anyone can take a look at my LinkedIn / Resume and provide honest constructive feedback as to why I'm not getting any call backs for an entry-level position.

Thank you in advance,

First off, welcome to the War Room! Here are a few things to keep in mind.

keep your true identity anon unless you take the conversation to your DM.

Look under the Job tab and fill out your info. Put your status as Actively Looking.

There is a ton of good info under the Academy tab you will find useful.

use the search bar before posting. Chances are, you might find what you are looking for.

Thank you for the feedback! I'm taking a deeper look into this platform and definitely want to get the most out of it. I mainly wanted to know if there were any red flags from viewing my LinkedIn / Resume

Where are you getting help up in the process? Applications, hr interview, hiring manager, meeting the leadership?

I'm applying to 5-10 jobs a day via LinkedIn / Google Jobs / directly on company websites but have had only a handful of callbacks over the past 6 weeks. I receive the notifications that my resume has been downloaded/viewed but it usually doesn't get past that.

Welcome :)

A lot of people post resumes that have company names changed and any other identifying information altered.

Many savages will give feedback.

@GrantMYour resume simply doesn't stick out. You have too many bullets, no Professional Summary section (making your accomplishments easy to read), and nothing which sticks out and say "Hire this guy!"

its too hard to find the good stuff and no one is going to read a resume which is too difficult to read.

Thank you for the honest feedback. Do you have any examples / tips on making the resume more appealing to the eye? My main goal with the resume is to showcase that I have adequate experience to get my foot in the door as an SDR/BDR, hope that makes sense

@SaaS_Man says the user does not exist :/

Make it easier to read. Reduce the number of bullets. This is easy to do - anything which isn't an accomplishment doesn't get written. You don't need to tell them that as a SDR you "Drove sales pipeline through lead nurturing..." they know that.

You literally need to tell them what you want them to know about you. Every bullet = Accomplishment (equating to "HIRE ME NOW")

Good luck!
