I try and avoid any filler and cut right to the chase. Works well for VP and CXO level I find - less is more

I use my first email to provide some high level points but keep it very very brief. My second one usually starts with "I wanted to follow up on this and share more information that I believe you will find relevant" and then basically resell the first email but with more details. I usually do a sequence fo 3-4 emails that are 2 days apart before I start a new thread.ย
