Don’t disagree at all. But this forum is supposed to be to help people, not downvote them because a basic functionality isn’t available on the app.
I’m all for telling people to be resourceful and understand how frustrating it can be, but I still don’t think it’s helpful to downvote. Tell them a thread/resource to use and move on 🤷🏻♂️

A close friend works there and from what it sounds, it is a bit of a nightmare. Mainly in terms of the onboarding piece, not necessarily the sale itself. Sooo many of their clients are so angry, especially if they add on pieces like Netsuite Commerce. I would double check that you wouldn’t have to manage accounts after contract sign…

While this is not a comment about their culture and practices, I hope you find it useful.
We implemented Netsuite when I was hired in January. It has taken a lot of work for us as a company to get it dialed in. As an inventory and accounting system, I think it is a solid solution. We however, also use it as a CRM, and it is like diet CRM at best. It also doesn’t integrate with tools like Zoominfo or Seamless etc. I can imagine that this may be where the user frustration comes from. It’s also a bit clunky in the UI.
