Selling when your product is not allowed due to COVID

I am in Travel Management sales- but I think this issue is affecting many different industries- but how to you keep your head up when your product/service is not happening thanks to COVID?

Somehow I still have a job, but I haven't closed a deal in 6mths- and commissions are non existent. They used to outstrip my base salary.

I work in business travel in Australia- we have shut our borders to the rest of the world. Domestic travel is allowed but we don't make any money on that. My prospects are not willing to review their programs of leave their embattled agencies- and there are no pain points as there is no travel. Some will review but closing the deal is pushed out and out as it just isn't a high priority.

Anyone got any advise on how to stay sane? :)

My 2 cents :

If your product or service ain't a viable one, if it's a job you're up at, please try to change industries
If it's a business or your business rather, try to bring in new products, something like car pooling options instead of just car rentals

Keep trucking along at work and invest your extra time into a hobby or side passion... that might be able to get you buy into travel resumes more normally
